Don’t confuse leadership for popularity. Anybody can press the “like” button, but it doesn’t mean people are checking in on your content regularly, or that it’s valuable. Instead of focusing on popularity —

+ Be the source of new information
+ Express passion for your job
+ Show your community your true self
