As IBM moves further into the cloud and seeks to become more of a social business, the company continues to evolve the way it works with its tools and processes. The process of integrating, collaborating and optimizing its technologies for the move to cloud, social and mobile computing is imperative, says Angel Diaz, IBM’s vice president of software standards and cloud. “You need loosely coupled ways of integrating these technologies,” said Diaz.
